Have tried this variant, tasty and cheap enough to buy bulk in different flavour.
Not sure if short dated?

It is short-dated, I think the best-before date is Jan 2023. I did not care and bought 2 last week. This flavour is amazing

"best-before", not "use-by", I still use protein powder that's 2 years past the best before. It's a consumable so a date needs to be listed, this would be fine for years to consume.

    • This becomes less effective tho, thats why its ‘best before’ the date to use these in particular. Don't know about proteins but wouldnt wanna use 2 year old protein passed its date imo.

Ah when you bought bulk but then life got busy… still have a few kgs of protein well passed its best before.

      • Lol “life got busy” it takes only few minutes to make a shake before work/bed. I’d say lack of commitment/consistency get you that.

        • LOL, The burn

Probably referring to not doing the physical activity required to need / use this

@Catsfan070911: Atleast Cats is on the same page.
No need to supplement protein unless you are training intensely/frequently enough, or just don't eat right.
Prefer to get my nutrients from whole foods. You really don't need as much protein as you think you need, but this isn't the right deal to be saying that 😅
            You do you boo

  • Bought this for around $15 in store.

    • Any good?

      • Haven't tried it yet as I am finishing off some other stuff first.

    • Did you get the 90 serve for $15? Which store did you find it in?

      • Yes. Was at Ringwood couple of weeks ago.

    • $15 in store at Costco ??

    BCAAs? In my 2022?!

  • Good price

There is a mountain of evidence showing that BCAA do nothing for recovery/gains. With that being said probably better to drink this rather than Gatorade unless you're running a marathon.

This is 💩 full of artificial shit and artificial 💩 sweeteners. But gatorade and powered are even more 💩. Drink water (heavily filtered water) , enjoy.

    Got 2.

    Thanks op.

    • no worries!

  • this was sold for $14 something last month with jan2023 expiry:)
