Combine with CLICK10 to get it for $110.20.

    • Thanks will add to the description. BTW, can we stack the codes?

      • Yep :)

Just saying, if you want free delivery, should be able to get AO to match if you show the cart price.

        • Thanks both! I've been waiting for this deal since I missed the Target deal

  • +1

May be worth waiting for something like this

    • I have one of these, got it on the $75 deal a couple last year. By far the best money i have spent on an appliance. I would buy again in a heartbeat at $110 - probably even at full price. It works really well. Havent used other pressure cookers so cant compare to them but as far as pressure cooking goes this model is great.

Bought this last week at DJs for $179 less $30 AMEX offer. Should've waited….

        • Buy now and return.

        • @homersimpson: I've already opened and started using it. How long is the offer for?
Also, I thought since it has been retailing for $269 at DJs that $149 was a good price.

          @sagrules:

Same! I bought mine from Harvey Norman for $148. Luckily I haven't used it. I'll return it!

        • @sagrules:
This offer is valid for two more days. You can buy and return the new one to dj.

        • @xwon123: Me too! I've used it like 5 times in a month already though. Definitely worth it at this price!

        • @thrice-a:

What recipes did you use? Other than the recipe book that came with it

        • @thrice-a:
How's the pressure cooker functionality of it?

        • +1

@xwon123: Just whack in meat, veggies and a curry sauce and its done in 15 mins. IT is SO GOOD

        • @xwon123: I've been on a keto kick so I just googled "keto slow cooker recipies". Give that a go.

        • @homersimpson: It's great. Meat falls apart after like an hour. I goofed and steamed some veggies for a little too long and came out like mush lol.

      • How did you get it for $75?

        • +1

It was $105 at target but they didnt have any stock, got it price matched at big w. Then claimed the $30 cashback from philips to take it down to $75 :D

        • @chillybags: Where did you see the cash back offer? Is it still available?

        • @sagrules: on philips website - but this was back in March last year.

      • Do you have any recipes for this cooker? I googled and couldn't find much.

My 2 favourite and go to recipes:

amazing fall of bone ribs - pork ribs ($21/kg at coles/woolies or $11/kg at aldi, i get the aldi ones when i can). Generously coat in some McCormick's Tennessee bbq rub from coles/woolies. In the pressure cooker with 1/4 apple cider vinegar and 1/4 cup water for 30mins. after done coat in sweet baby rays hickory brown sugar and bbq if you have or in the oven on a very high heat for 3-5mins per side to caramelise the sauce and brown the meat. comes out amazing.

Chicken soup - brown some pieces of chicken on saute mode with a bit of olive oil. I usually get a couple wings, and a couple drumsticks and a frame. put in 2 carrots cut up, 2 sticks of celery cut, an onion quartered and a leek roughly sliced. fill up to the max mark with water and then pressure cook for 20 mins. serve with noodles.

        • @chillybags:

Thanks! Will give that a try. I'm a bit worried the bones might scratch the pot. I guess if you don't stir around too much. It should be fine?

Apparently some overseas models have stainless steel inner pot. Not sure if it's better

        • @xwon123: na the Teflon (or whatever) coated pot is actually very resilient. Bones are fine, just use silicon coated tongs and wooden spoons etc.

i bought it a year ago when it was $250 at harvey:( but the pressure cooker function is really worth the money i guess. cook meat only take 15-20 minutes and it melt from the bone. yummy.

after several time you use the recipe from the book, you can guess on how to use it for other pre made sauces sold in supermarket.
basically saute in high temp the onion with little oil and the lid off/opened. brown the meat. add the sauce in that jar/sachet. stir until fragrant. add coconut milk or water (check the instruction in the jar/sachet). close the lid and use 'meat/poultry' pressure cooking function for 15-20 minutes. press start. that's it. so easy!

    • +1

      Is it easy to clean?

      • +2

Very easy. The inner pot is using Teflon like coating. Use silicone or wooden spatula when cooking.

  • I have no idea how to cook but it seems cool from the vids… So I can just chuck in boneless chicken and throw in nandos marinade and that's it!????

Hope it's as amazing as I'm imagining it…. Just waiting for the pickup confirmation from the store.
